Full Color Printing or Embroidery - pick what fits your design

Full Color Printing is the more flexible option - it handles gradients, photos, and detailed artwork, and you can print on more than one spot on the hoodie at the same time (front and back, or front and sleeve together).

Embroidery works best when your design is simple - a logo, a short name, or basic shapes. It sits raised off the fabric, holds up longer than print, and reads as more premium the moment someone touches it.

Embroidery design guidelines (read this before you send your file)

Embroidery isn't just a smaller print - it's a different medium with its own limits:

• Keep text and logos simple and bold - fine detail, thin lines, and small text often don't translate well into stitching

• Avoid gradients and photographic detail - embroidery works in solid thread colors, not blended tones

• Send vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) where possible, or a high-resolution PNG for digitizing

• Convert all text to outlines before sending, so fonts don't shift during digitizing

• Stick to a realistic color count - every thread color adds setup time and cost

Fabric, fit, and everything else you choose

• Fabric: 320 GSM or 400 GSM cotton-fleece blend, bio-washed and pre-shrunk

• Substrate colour: Choose your base hoodie shade before we place the design - this affects how both print and embroidery colors show up

• Fit: Regular pullover fit, relaxed through the body and sleeves

• Category: Men's, Women's, and Unisex
